Leelymia charges strictly for the item subtotal and applicable shipping fees at checkout with no hidden platform surcharges. However, destination countries may levy independent import duties or taxes upon entry. Packages can occasionally be held by regional customs authorities for clearance; any associated fees remain the responsibility of the customer. Because these charges are dictated entirely by local governments, we are unable to pre-calculate or estimate them.

8. Transit Mishaps: Lost or Damaged Parcels

Should your package arrive damaged or fail to arrive within a reasonable window, please contact our support desk immediately. We will coordinate directly with our logistics partners to investigate the incident and formulate an appropriate resolution.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, secure, and accurate delivery address at checkout. If a shipment is returned or undeliverable due to an erroneous or incomplete address, our team will reach out to confirm updated details; please note that subsequent redelivery attempts may incur additional freight charges.
